Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses. The country selector includes other destinations for address entry, but delivery is available only within this service area.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. No additional express shipping option is offered.
Processing your order
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The daily cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on a U.S. federal holiday use the next business day.
Transit and estimated arrival
After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. Handling and transit combined are estimated at 4–6 business days, measured from the applicable processing start date. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Transit time begins after dispatch and is separate from handling time.
