Using this website
These terms apply to purchases and use of the Ayromotyn website. Please review product descriptions, prices, delivery information, and the Return & Refund Policy before submitting an order. Contact us if you need clarification.
Products and prices
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Product pages identify the materials, dimensions, color options, and included pieces. A set is sold as the complete set described. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors. The order summary displays product charges, shipping, tax, and the total.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment request, you authorize the charge shown in the checkout summary using a payment method you are authorized to use. Any payment is subject to the payment process completing successfully.
Order acceptance
Submitting a checkout request does not by itself confirm that an order has been accepted. Please rely on the order acceptance or confirmation provided for your transaction. Contact customer support if you need help determining the status of an order or payment.
Delivery and fulfillment
Delivery is limited to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is free. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch at 3–4 business days. The Shipping Policy explains our fixed cutoff, business days, and estimated arrival timing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt under our Return & Refund Policy. We cover return shipping for our errors and items that arrive damaged or defective; customers cover change-of-mind return postage. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. No restocking fee applies.
